How far would a spacemarine/custodes get in ark?

This question is more what is the weakest animal in any ark (incuding bosses) that can kill a spacemarine. My bet is Rex for a space marine and giga for custodes. I feel because of the fact Rexes can survive a rocket a bolter would be too dangerous. And the giga cuz custodes are cracked.
