Anyone have experience on SSRIs / going off them?

25F looking for advice: I have been on medications for my mental health (diagnosed with GAD, OCD, and depression) for 6 years now. Overall i feel they have helped my mental wellbeing tremendously. However, i have recently been reconsidering if its best for me to continue being on them.

Some of the current issues im having that I believe (after doing some research) may be contributed to my meds are very frustrating. The main ones are sexual difficulties (i have a lot of trouble reaching orgasm), fatigue/low energy, and weight changes (ive gained about 30 lbs since starting the meds).

Im trying to balance these issues with the positive ways the meds have helped me, while also considering if now would in fact be a good time to wean off them. I do feel im in a much better place with my mental health overall, and i have a psychiatrist who i know would help monitor my symptoms.

Any insights would be appreciated.
