Does anyone else experience shadows in peripheries

I feel like i see something in my peripheral vision but when i see nothing is there and sometimes in my peripheries these shadows appear to be hiding behind wall or something? Sometimes i just see blobs of shadow or colour but when i actually turn my head to look nothing is there, now I'm always focused on my peripheral vision

I'm actually scared of schizophrenia but i know this isn't psychosis but still it's very scary and exhausting.
