Was Lucifer the first Satan/Devil?

Lucifer (because of his PRIDE) betrayed God and convinced 30% of the angels in heaven and started a war against god right? And God struck him and other angels that followed Lucifer back to Earth.

So Lucifer is the king of all devils? Or are there more devils powerful(?) like Lucifer?

Also why don’t got just destroy all the devils rn?

This has been on my mind for so long, would love to know where in the bible this explains this
