I'm struggling with this predestination thing

Yesterday a suddenly got very distressed over the fact that if God predestines some people to heaven then He is essentially deciding everyone else goes to hell. I was so distraught over these people that don't even have a chance that I had a panic attack. My body is literally rejecting these ideas, but from what I know, these predestination is biblical. I know God is righteous and my mind can't completely understand Him, but this seems so wrong.
