New issue - ignoring, well, everything

For some reason my bots have just stopped referring to their own definition and my persona half way through an RP. For a bit of context, (going to use my current RP as a reference) takes place in Italy - in ROME specifically. The Bot is from Rome, they live in Rome. It's Rome. Yet when I ask it where it is from/where it lives, it is not saying Rome at all, even once. It's saying literally every other place in and outside of Italy. On the same RP the bot's family is mentioned in his definition too. He keeps saying he has no family members whatsoever. It's getting his features completely wrong - hair colour, eye colour, build. All of it. (Mine too) It keeps saying my character is from here, there and everywhere when I specifically stared her birthplace multiple times.

This information is also pinned in a previous message and it isn't making a difference. This hasn't been an issue for me recently. The bot, to it's credit, has managed to carry something of a narrative with frequent but manageable imperfections (not refering to overall quality/bugs/message length/memory) But now it has absolutely no idea what's going on despite being given the information. And it's just happened within the last hour or so I'd say.

Edit: Oh no it's gotten worse. The bot actually thinks it's my persona. What the actual fuck. It's describing itself as my persona, not its own bot. my Male bot from Rome with blue eyes and dark hair thinks it's a female from Florence with green eyes and blonde hair. It genuinely has just swapped. I have never seen this before what the hell.
