Bathroom help!

This half bath used to be my kids bathroom when they were little. We had fun little monster decals on the walls, so the bright green color used to work. My kids are teenagers now and have outgrown the monster stage, so I am trying to figure out what to do in here to make it less ugly. It's tiny, has this ugly block window, and has a 10 foot ceiling. Ideas?
