Shadowplay instant replay makes apex legends feel laggy

Hi, my apex game feels laggy everytime i try to play with instant replay on. My fps doesnt drop or anything but it still stutters and feels laggy af. Ive tried updating drivers but that didnt work. My gpu is rtx 3060
