Skin or Primogems?

If you buy a welkin every month do convert your Genesis Crystals or use them to save for a skin?

Personally i use them to save for a skin, i find a skin more enjoyable than a 10 pull that'l probably give me nothing. I wanna see other peoples choice on this.
