About Satella immortality [spoiler discussion]

All of this talks about Satella's immortality from the story Subaru heard from Beatrice in anime in Season 1 Episode 8.
And there is something else that Tappei stated: “Q: Fighting Reinhard, who could hold out the longest? A: The Jealous Witch. Or perhaps Regulus”
“Q: In a fight between Satella and Reinhard, of course Reinhard would win right? Also, What’s the difference in strength between the two? A: Due to a matter of affinity it would be an endless battle. The difference is between Disgaea and Final Fantasy”
From all that has been said, it shows that even Reinhard and Reid Astrea were unable to kill her, at most they could only seal her (and it seems that even the seal could not contain her 100%…)
So what do you guys think is the foundation of her immortality and what do you think is the reason why no one can truly kill her? What is the power?
It would be so funny if it was something simple like as long as her love for Subaru remains, she will never die and it's the only reason Subaru is the only one who has a chance to kill her lmao
