Got scammed and revolut denied my dispute

I got scammed, I bought 3 items with 3 payments and it turned out to all be the same scammer with different mobile numbers and emails. I opened a dispute and revolut declined it due to 'card brand rule' when i click on the 'why was it denied' it doesn't take me to any explanation. They didn't ask for any information from me at all. I'm down €150, I'm on disability so that's a lot of money right now. I'm so upset, I don't know what to do.
