Apex stuttering with high fps

I've already optimized my ingame settings as well as the videosettings file and through an autoexec file by following some guide on youtube. Game runs completely fine aside from stuttering like this, and it only happens on apex too. Never happens on valorant or ow2.

these are all in 1 play session literally like 5 minutes apart from each otherspecs: RTX 3080, 5800x, 32gb 3600mhz ram, game is installed on a samsung 980 ssd and windows is on a 980 pro, b550 tomahawkany help would be appreciated
EDIT: forgot to mention but i also uncap fps through command lines but cap it to 240 using RivaTuner
