Soloroo Question

Hey everyone, I (19M) am looking to go to Bonnaroo solo this summer to celebrate my 20th birthday and attend my first "music festival". However, I just got my license in November and it would be a 15hr drive from MN. I also cannot rent a car since I'm not 21 and I haven't had my license long enough. Can I buy a Soloroo pass and camp with tent only or is that not possible? What are my options without a car? I'm really looking forward to going if there's a workaround!
