Need help finding for amputated vet.

So guys ... I messed up. I am moving my mother in law and father in law in so they can sunset their life with grace. My mother in law just went through an amputation and while at he VA I thought I'd surprise her by moving her favorite statue to the new house so she could have a feeling of "welcome home".

Small problem ... The clumsy asshole carrying this beloved statue (me. It was me.) dropped it and shattered his ear. The information I can find is below and I really want to replace it. Can anyone help?
