JSO hires some absolute moon units

JSO must be picking from the special needs classes... At the intersection of 295/Old Saint Augustine I just watched a JSO officer closing down the westbound on ramp for an eastbound accident, and then stand around looking like a lost puppy while drivers tried to figure out what the hell she was doing. Absolutely clowns... Shutting down the WRONG on ramp and then watching chaos throughout the intersection while she wandered aimlessly around her car.
