What are some high-yield questions to ask of residents during a Zoom social with a residency program?

These socials seem like a good opportunity to get the inside scoop from residents without the PD or other leadership present. However, I find that the Q&A often is not very helpful in deciding how to rank a program because the questions asked and responses given tend to be very similar across programs (i.e. how is mentorship at this program? do you hang out together outside of work? how is the cafeteria food?).

What questions have you asked residents that have given you a better sense of the program culture, quality of life, and how happy residents are?
