Gunman on scooter

Anyone know if they caught that person riding around on a scooter wielding a gun?

There were around 10-15 cops blasting all over Charlestown and surrounds this morning around 2ish looking for this guy….

Am curious if it was real or someone playing a prank for Halloween….
