Pre-cook raw toppings?
I'm new to using this kind of oven, and new to cooking a pizza in 1-2 minutes... Do you guys pre cook raw toppings like bacon & sausage, or just trust that the high heat of the oven will cook them in time?
Google has returned mixed results, I don't want to give anyone food poisoning etc, but I also don't want to add extra steps to the process if they're not needed.
