PPPD symptoms?

My right ear is full and has the worse tinnitus out of the two ears. Right side of head feels heavy and numb. Hearing is muffled. I was diagnosed with sensorineural hearing loss.

I see streams of light coming off of flourescent lights and halos around lights. Car lights look like bright stars. Eyesight extremely blurry and letters are ghosted.

Looking into a full refrigerator is an awful feeling. Can’t focus. Noise sensitivity.

Neck is stiff and cracks a lot. Feel like I’m on drugs and just want to check out. Nothing is real. Cry all day long.

I think I was damaged by COVID vaccine. Recovery not possible. I can’t live with this. It’s hell. There is no cure.
