Day to day - what helps?

I have had this since January 1, every single day. I know some of you have been struggling for years. The doctor tells me to treat my symptoms, so I take gravol. It doesn’t do anything. What do you do for relief? I started having panic attacks at night, and now only sleep 4 hours a night. I wake up dizzier in the morning, and while get ready I have to take bed breaks. Has anyone taken time off work for this? Or do you go in as usual?
