Anyone in the U.S. who works primarily on a computer all day apply for workers compensation? I

I’ve been off work for 10+ months doing vestibular therapy with very little improvement. I’ve exhausted short term disability. I’m now on long term disability. My doctors have to complete disability paperwork monthly. My PPPD symptoms are very visually triggered. After 10 months of vestibular therapy, I still can barely tolerate a computer screen and driving is a nightmare. My job also requires climbing a ladder to complete roof inspections which I can’t do while unbalanced with poor spatial reasoning. My neurologist and primary care doctor have indicated that my PPPD is work related due to excessive exposure to computer screens (scrolling, jumping between apps, tedious detailed apps). I typically worked 8-12 hours a day 5-6 days a week. They’ve explained that the longer the vestibular system is held in a heightened state of crisis, the longer it can take to repair the damage and it may not be repairable. It took 3 years to navigate my symptoms and piece together a PPPD diagnosis. My symptoms increased drastically during this time, likely because I was pushing through overly visually stimulating conditions, not allowing my nervous system adequate recovery time so basically held in a constant state of flight or flight, panic, migraines, unbalance, disorientation, anxiety, etc. Long story, but my disability rep said I should file a workers compensation claim since my doctor feels my work conditions contributes to causing or making my condition worse. At the very least, it has made recovery questionable. I’m wondering if anyone else has had luck with workers comp? PPPD would technically be considered a repetitive motion injury that occurred over time.
