Still haven’t received my wristband.

So it’s March 8 and I still haven’t received my wristband. It shipped on February 6th and I think it got lost while being shipped and is stuck at a warehouse somewhere in Texas. What do I need to do and will I have to pay extra when I get there ? Who do I need to contact?
