Weird sapling issue

Hello everyone. I have a strange problem with a custom sapling. For some reason, when the sapling grows, my custom tree is generated invisible and remains so until re-entering the world. This problem only occurs when using custom structures as trees (vanilla ones are generated as they should). Has anyone else encountered this? And, if so, how can I fix it?
