Low light photo issue on iPhone 13 Pro Max. I usually get very bad low light photos with strange noisy pink area. The light on some part also disappeared even though it was turned on. Not sure if anyone experienced the same issue?

Apple Installment charged me an extra month. My airpods pro was financed for 6 monthly installments and I completed the installment in March, but yesterday they charged me a 7th month! So I was billed $324.31 instead of $278. Is there a bug?
